What advice would you give to other fasters?
No matter how good the company just lie down and rest to get most out of it. It is real nice to do raw food fruit diet before fasting—easier, I think. *While I was here I saw people who were uncomfortable & spent their time complaining, who were bored & spent their time distracting themselves with movies, etc. This time and place is a wonderful gift. When/where else would you get the opportunity to be with old emotional baggage and negative habits & choose not to run away or stuff them down. Take advantage of this. Recognize your old ways of responding and try a better way. Don’t only detox from food.

Additional Comments:
You will benefit from physical fasting from food but it will be much more valuable, more lasting, to totally rest mentally as well and let go of the old patterns. I also recommend eating raw a plant based diet, especially fruit before fasting.
